Graduate Internship Programme

A structured programme that gives graduates the practical workplace experience, coaching and mentoring that employers look for.

Many graduates hold a good qualification but are turned away because they have no work experience. The LOCUM911 Graduate Internship Programme closes that gap with a structured placement in a real working environment.

Interns are assigned a workplace supervisor and a mentor. Progress is reviewed at set intervals, and interns receive coaching on workplace conduct, communication, professional ethics and career planning alongside their technical duties.

On completion, interns receive a record of the experience gained, which strengthens applications for permanent positions in their field.
